About Us Our terms of trading are 25% deposit with order, 65% of total amount due on first day of installation with the balance due on completion.
Making A Purchase All orders are taken, in person at our showroom.

We accept cash, personal/bankers cheque, credit or debit card. We are unable to take credit card payments over the telephone.

On reciept of a deposit an invoice will be raised which will indicate comfirmation of your order and a date given for commencement of work. Further invoices will be issued for the other stages of payment.
Shipping And Handling UK sales only, local deliveries with-in a 30 mile radius. Orders outside this area will subject to a small delivery charge.
Delivery Schedule Complete Kitchen, Bedroom and Home Study orders usually run on a six week lead time, this can be confirmed at time of ordering. Sales of seperate items are ordered on demand and therefore run on a seven to ten day lead time which again can be confirmed at time of ordering. Local deliveries, with-in a 30 mile radius of showroom, are free, for orders outside of this area a price will be given at time of ordering. Any large items, such as American Style fridge/freezers etc, will be subject to the delivery charge stated by the manufacturer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Guarantee The high quality level of Keller furniture allows Keller to give, above the legal obligation, a 5 year guarantee on its products. The guarantee is for 1 year for non-household use. Keller gives the end-user a 5 year guarantee, ex-factory, that in the event of any shortcoming in the finished quality or functional certainty, the unsatisfactory part will be repaired or exchanged for original material of the same quality, at the manufacturer's choice, taking into consideration that the furniture has been sufficiently cared for and maintained. Excluded are inexpert handling and /or assembly, your own adaptations, damage caused by use, heat or water, and aging or discolouration caused by smoke, light and sun. Servicing will be done by the dealer making the sale. Assembly, travelling and/or subsequent expenses are not covered by the guarantee.
